By accessing or using PixMixy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PixMixy is a personal productivity platform for tracking habits, finances, and study progress. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One person per account.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use automated tools to interact with the platform without permission.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into PixMixy. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PixMixy. In the European Union / European Economic Area, you must be at least 16 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement for your jurisdiction.
If we discover that a user is under the minimum age requirement, we will immediately suspend the account and delete all associated personal data.
Parents or legal guardians who believe their child has created an account without consent should contact us immediately at [email protected].
PixMixy is committed to the safety and protection of children online. The service does not include social features, messaging, public profiles, or any form of user-to-user communication. We do not display advertising of any kind, including targeted advertising.
We do not engage in behavioral profiling of any users, including minors. All data entered by users is private and visible only to the account holder.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provisions for minors, and applicable child safety requirements of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page within the app. Upon account deletion, all personal data and associated content will be permanently and irreversibly deleted within 30 days.
Deleted data includes: account information, habit logs, fitness data, meal entries, financial records, study logs, achievements, goals, and all session data.
You may also request account deletion by contacting us at [email protected]. We will confirm the deletion of your account and data.
Your use of PixMixy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.
